Vegetable Cutlet

Vegetable Cutlet, which is a healthy one, full of veggies.

Grate Onion and all the vegetables seperately and season it with oil .. 





Add whichever spices you need. I added Chilli powder, Garam masala and Salt

Add Boiled Potato 




And Mix well



Mix it with Bread Crumps and fry it with a dash of oil ..  I usually dont deep fry cutely, just fry with little oil in a non stick pan .
