Chilli Paneer - DD Style

Paneer Coating for Oven: 

Flour 

Salt + Any Thing 

I used 

    Chilli Powder

    Paprika Powder

    Tumeric Powder

    Pepper Powder

    Garlic Paste

Mix and add  A LITERAL SPLASH of water

Oven on max settings with a bit of oil (or the spray oil)

Mix when you remember it exists 


Then that's delicious already but for Chilli Paneer

Garlic + Spring Onion Whites + Oil 

Ketchup + Soy Sauce + Vinegar (i dont add but you can) 

Salt + Pepper Powder

Paneer from oven

Spring onion greens on top 


Kerala Style Chicken Spoof

"Marinate" Chicken:

    Red Chilli Powder + Tumeric Powder + Salt

    30 mins

Coconut Oil + Mustard Seeds + Curry Leaves (I used dried)

Crushed Garlic + Crushed Ginger(frozen) + Green Chilli (Frozen)

Add Chicken and water

Boil until cooked

Add 

    Garam Masala + More salt and chilli powder + Corriander Powder (I dont think this did anything) + Pepper Powder (becuase i felt like something was missing)

    Onion

Boil / Cook until onions cooked down and all water gone

Spinach Cheese Omlette

Was bored of eating normal omlette, hence a different version Egg, spinach, cheese , green chilli, chilli flakes -- Mix well and pan fry

It was very very tasty
We can make many varieties of this. Can add different sort of lenthils, and also add whichever vegetables you like

Deepa's Neyyappam



3 cups of wheat flour. 3 big bananas, sharkara paani.  2 spoon of ghee. Elaichi and a pinch of salt.  put banana in mixer and made paste. Add banana wheat flour and sharkara paani. Mix well with hand. Add elaichi powder and pinch of salt. Add 2 spoon ghee for nice flavour. If you have coconut kothu and black til u can add that as well. Keep it for sometime maybe 30-45 mins. Then heat the pan add oil in every slot. Make appam. It comes out very soft
