I am a person who love to spend less time in kitchen.So I always try to find out easy ways to make the dishes. This is my trademark curry which will go with Chappathi,rice etc.
Soak Channa over night. (This is one step which we have to remember the previous night ;) )
My recipe goes like this . Put all the ingrediants in the pressure cooker and take the whistles. Curry is ready.
Ingredients
Onion
Tomato
Oil
Channa
Salt
Chilli Powder
Haldi Powder
Pepper Powder
(Any masala if you want it spicy)
Water
Close the pressure cooker and take 6 - 7 whistles.
Curry is ready !!
Enjoy it with hot hot Chappathi
